Commercial solar and battery installers in Bristol
We are based at Skyline Park in Bristol, where our own industrial buildings are the proving ground for everything we install. We design and install commercial and industrial solar and battery systems for businesses across Bristol and the South West.
We do not do domestic installations.
Where it started
When energy prices spiked, they threatened the businesses occupying our own properties. Our answer was to build large-scale solar and battery systems across our industrial estate at Skyline Park. One of those buildings now produces more power than it uses over the year, from an east-west roof that would traditionally be seen as poor for solar.
That is the experience we bring to other Bristol businesses: we have invested in, installed and managed these systems ourselves.
What we install
- Solar photovoltaic systems of all sizes for commercial roofs and land.
- Battery storage sized to cover night-time use and, where needed, several days of low solar yield.
- Backup power. Our solar-first critical power system runs a building’s data, CCTV, fire and security systems with the grid as the backup.
- Off-grid power stations where a grid connection is too costly, as at the 7th Clifton Scout Group campsite.
Design first
Every project starts with design: balancing yield, usage, payback, space, appearance and how the system connects to everything else in the building. We often design for the best daily yield rather than the biggest annual figure, because that is what keeps a building running through the winter.

Our systems are not only on rooftops. In Bristol, our solar-charged batteries powered the sound system for Greta Thunberg’s rally on a day when the sun never came out.
